Overview
DonorSpring's hosted Donation Pages allow you to easily create customized pages to collect donations from your audience.
Creating Donation Pages
When you first start using DonorSpring, our self-guided onboarding flow will walk you through the creation and publishing of your first Donation Page. You can also create more pages at any time through the Donation Pages page in the DonorSpring app. Additional pages are unique and customized individually.
Customizing Donation Pages
Many aspects of your Donation Pages are customizable to match your organization's brand and mission.
Images
Logo: by default this will use the logo that you uploaded in Account Settings but it can also be changed if needed.
Hero image: this is the primary image on your donation page.
Text
Call to action: this is the large header text at the top of the Donation Page.
Organization description or mission statement: this is the main body text of the Donation Page.
FAQs: these are common questions that potential donors may ask. We populate these with some helpful defaults but you can add, remove, or edit them as needed.
Colors
Text color: this color is used by most text on the page. Make sure to choose something that is easily readable.
Accent color: this color is used by most buttons on the page. It is usually one of the color's associated with your organization's branding.
Suggested Donation Amounts
The suggested donation amount buttons allow donors to select a common amount to contribute without needing to type it in. We populate these by default but they are also customizable. You can also add an optional Label to each amount if the amount is associated with something like a particular mission or membership level.
Linking to Donation Pages in Email Campaigns
When you insert a Donate button into an email campaign it will automatically link to the "Default" Donation Page that you creating during onboarding. You can also update the button to link to any other Donation Page that you have created.
